A survey based on the 4 dimensions of The New World of Work

The New World of Work is a vision of work in the future. We have translated this vision into a concrete tool called the Factor 4 Index. The purpose of this tool is to visualize productivity and offer concrete assistance in optimizing one’s productivity within one's organization.

You invite the staff members by email through our interface. You can use our standard text or write your own invitation. You can also choose between various languages.

You can register your organization using a simple interface and enter the email addresses of your employees. You can also determine in which language the questionnaire is to be made available (4 languages currently available). After you have registered, you will receive a login that allows access to your personal management page.

For staff members: answer the questions online
Staff members will receive a unique link by email for the questionnaire containing 64 statements. They are asked to rate each statement on a scale of 1 to 10, from a “current” to “desired” score. It should take approx. 25 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
A single click enables you to send an email reminder to staff members who have not yet responded.
You can monitor the results directly once there are five or more entries. These will be displayed in surveyable and unambiguous reports that can be saved as PDF files.
