What do you need to start the survey?
- email addresses and language of the employees to be invited
- employee access to the Internet (the system runs optimally under Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher),
You can also have a Factor 4 Index partner conduct the survey.

- the browser must accept the use of JavaScript in order to generate the survey,
- the web browser must accept cookies if the survey is to be paused using the “pause” button,
- it is advisable to carry out a test first if your organization uses proxy servers.
Invitations in different languages?
If you have a multilingual staff, then you can use Factor 4 Index to indicate the language in which each staff member is to be invited.
