Cookies
The Factor 4 Index uses cookies to easily allow participants who have interrupted their session to continue rating the statements at a later time.
Important for registrants
- In order to use the Factor 4 Index with your organization, you must complete a registration procedure. This information is only used to create a profile for your organization and to contact you if necessary.
- In connection with the anonymity of participants, more than 5 employees must participate in the study or the information will not be displayed.
- The Factor 4 Index does not provide information on individual responses.
- Files remain the property of Factor 4 Index and are not provided to third parties. It is not possible for organizations to access the total database. Additional reports are always made by a Factor 4 Index partner.
Important for participants
- Your personal link at the bottom of the invitation is used to log in. This link prevents others from viewing or changing your responses. After completing the questionnaire, your responses are stored in the database. You can view your responses and print them out while completing the questionnaire. Once the questionnaire has been completed, your personal link can no longer be used.
- Before starting the questionnaire, you will be asked for a number of personal details. The Factor 4 Index only uses this information to make comparisons between, for example, positions or organizations.
- Participation in the Factor 4 Index is anonymous and individual responses cannot be traced.
