How does Factor 4 Index measure the productivity of your organization?
The Factor 4 Index is based on a series of 64 statements, categorized according to the 4 dimensions of the New World of Work:
Each dimension has been worked out in 4 categories. Each of the 16 categories consists of 4 statements. For every statement, participants are asked to indicate their own experience regarding a certain aspect of operational management and what they desire in that respect.

Complete questionnaire
