The report views
The results of the Factor 4 Index are presented in the form of an online report. The report views can be found in your management environment for a temporary period. You can save and print each view as a PDF file. You can use these results to immediately start working with your staff. How? The Factor 4 Index links concrete recommendations to the results of your organization. You can determine which actions you want to take in order to advance your organization's potential.
Basic report (Free version)
- Total score in all 16 categories of all participants from your organization
- Strengths of your organization and areas for improvement, categorized according to priority
- Distribution of participants compared to the average score of the organization by dimension
- Distribution of participants by age, sex, number of years of employment and language.

Extensive report (Partner version)
Would you like to compare departments, function groups and groups with specific features within your organization? If so, contact one of the Factor 4 Index partners. The partners are able to expand or adapt the reporting specifically to your situation. Compared to the basic report, the extensive report includes the following additional views:
